About The Position

The role requires standing and moving quickly during steady customer traffic, including shifts of up to 10 hours, and working in all weather conditions. Broistas support their crew, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and reliably attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. The position offers a base pay of $15.15 per hour plus an average of $7.00 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
