About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering fast, friendly service in a high-energy coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks, and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment. It is fast-paced and physically demanding, with employees on their feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, including shifts of up to 10 hours. The role requires working in all weather conditions, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and reliably attending scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. The position offers a base rate of $15.15 per hour plus tips, which are not guaranteed and vary. The posting reports average hourly tips of $7.00 based on 2025 reporting.
