Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
- Take and record patients’ medical and dental histories and vital signs.
- Expose dental diagnostic X-rays.
- Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control.
- Perform laboratory tasks, including taking impressions or digital scans and pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts.
