About The Position
The Pediatric Dental Assistant supports a pediatric dental team in a fun, efficient, patient-centered environment. The role involves chairside assistance during pediatric procedures, helping maintain clinic flow through preparation, cleanup, and sterilization, and traveling between the Decatur, Cumming, and Norcross offices as needed. Requirements
- X-ray certification is required.
- Coronal polishing certification is required under Georgia regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Genuinely enjoys working with patients.
Nice To Haves
- Previous pediatric assisting experience is preferred; the employer will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for pediatric procedures.
- Proactively handle setup, cleanup, and sterilization to support clinic flow.
- Travel between locations when needed.
