Dental Assistant - Rochelle Hackley DDS
About The Position
Rochelle E. Hackley DDS Dental Spa is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support a patient-focused dental practice in Rockville, Maryland. The practice has seven modern operatories and a close-knit team that emphasizes compassion, clear communication, collaboration, and a supportive, spa-like environment. The Dental Assistant helps provide patients with a comfortable, seamless, and high-quality experience through clinical support, patient care, and practice operations. The schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no Friday or weekend hours. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position includes the Standard ADC Benefits Package.
Requirements
- Must be X-ray certified.

Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Prior orthodontic experience is a plus; the practice is willing to train the right person in orthodontics.
- Openness and eagerness to learn orthodontics.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment, helping them feel relaxed and cared for.
- Take and process high-quality dental X-rays.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment rooms.
- Manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and support office flow.
- Communicate with patients and help ensure their comfort throughout their visits.
