About the position
Symmetry Software is seeking a growth-oriented Demand Generation Marketer to join their Marketing team. The role involves developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales and marketing organization. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative marketing strategies. They will collaborate with various teams, analyze data reports, optimize campaigns, and manage relationships with vendors. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, own and execute end-to-end integrated demand generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate and seek alignment on shared programs between Sales, Product, Tax Research, and Client Success/Software Support teams
- Build and analyze data reports tracking MQL, SQL, CPL, MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV performance
- Set up experiments to validate hypothesis by A/B testing to improve gaps in the funnel conversion
- Improve lead to customer conversion rate by refining messaging, inbound and outbound programs, and creative
- Communicate and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
- Improve website traffic, lead quality, lead velocity, and pipeline generation
- Work closely with the SDR for granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management
- Evaluate use of tools and channels, and plan to execute to increase efficiency and performance
- Craft and execute a content marketing strategy that supports demand generation goals
- Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and/or agency partners to drive additional lead generation opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop sales outreach and nurture campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and messaging
- Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead gen performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years to 10 years of experience in demand generation marketing from B2B SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, or high-growth stage startup
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to lead with a growth mindset and adapt in a modern fast-paced environment
- Experience developing, planning, owning, and executing end-to-end integrated demand generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels

- Expertise in data and analytics with an obsession for proving ROI
- Hands-on experience in various digital marketing disciplines
- Excellent project management skills

- Cash compensation range of $107,000/yr to $133,000/yr in Scottsdale & most remote locations, and $139,000/yr to $171,000/yr in San Francisco & New York
