About The Position

Suralink is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for generating pipeline across various market segments by planning, building, and optimizing paid media, email, landing page, and ABM digital programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable using tools like HubSpot, ad platforms, and spreadsheets. This position requires close collaboration with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams to convert digital investments into qualified pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and at least two of: Meta, Google Display, programmatic DSPs, and CTV/OTT platforms.
  • Deep HubSpot (or comparable MAP) skills, including building workflows, landing pages, and reports.
  • Experience running ABM programs digitally, including target account audience setup and tiered campaign execution.
  • Working knowledge of ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable building funnel models and reporting in HubSpot, spreadsheets, and a BI tool.
  • Bias toward testing, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear communication skills to translate channel performance into understandable insights for sales and leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to the accounting, audit, or professional services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CTV/OTT buying (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, or similar).
  • SQL, Looker, or Tableau experience for deeper reporting.
  • Landing page/CRO tool experience beyond HubSpot (Unbounce, Instapage, VWO, Optimizely).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across CTV/OTT, display, and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Manage budget pacing, bid strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and channel mix to meet cost-per-opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Coordinate with SEO/paid search agencies for full-funnel strategy alignment.
  • Build and execute owned email programs (nurture tracks, announcements, re-engagement) in HubSpot.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage sponsored email placements in third-party newsletters.
  • Monitor and improve email performance, including deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Execute ABM strategies digitally, including target account audiences, tiered campaigns, and account-specific landing pages.
  • Develop and manage digital co-marketing campaigns with alliance partners.
  • Build, launch, and maintain campaign landing pages with a focus on conversion.
  • Implement a testing program (A/B tests, funnel diagnostics) to improve conversion rates.
  • Act as the marketing automation expert for campaign execution, including segmentation, workflow design, and attribution setup.
  • Own demand generation reporting, including channel performance, funnel conversion, cost-per-MQL/SQL/opportunity, and pipeline sourced/influenced.
  • Build dashboards and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with RevOps on attribution methodology and data integrity.
