About The Position

In today's dynamic worksites, seamless collaboration between people and machines is essential. FORT's platform ensures safe, secure, and dynamic control that surpasses legacy systems and next-generation AI capabilities. While autonomous machines offer significant advantages, they also introduce new safety challenges. FORT addresses these concerns by providing solutions such as the Wireless E-Stop, which allows operators to instantly stop any machine from a safe distance, enhancing safety during emergencies. Additionally, FORT's Safe Remote Control enables operators to manage heavy machinery remotely, reducing the risk of accidents and improving visibility. By ensuring communications integrity across any network, FORT empowers customers to protect their most valuable assets—people, data, and machines—ensuring they remain safe and secure. The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for utilizing our ideal customer profile (ICP), target customer list, AI tools, and B2B demand generation expertise to accelerate pipeline generation. This role is critical for building a demand generation process upon which FORT can scale.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a demand generation function within B2B
  • Skilled at modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Zoominfo, and Hubspot
  • Demonstrated success in reporting demand gen progress via management dashboards and Board slides

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year+ experience connecting AI systems such as Claude to GTM business tools
  • 1 year+ experience deploying AI agents to automate GTM processes

Responsibilities

  • Use AI solutions like Claude to analyze, augment, and accelerate demand gen processes
  • Manage FORT’s ICP target account database for tailored outbound campaigns
  • Responsibility for core demand gen KPI’s such as MQL’s, SQL’s, target account penetration, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage by multiple business segments
  • Responsibility for the demand generation function, including digital marketing, SEO, GEO, events, webinars, and campaigns
