About The Position

BombBomb is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the day-to-day execution, measurement, and continuous optimization of digital campaigns and demand generation programs. This is a hands-on role where you will build landing pages, run multi-channel and account-based campaigns, manage email and nurture programs, and maintain the HubSpot instance. The goal is to translate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) strategy and positioning into predictable qualified pipeline. You will execute across core digital marketing functions, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and have opportunities for growth in scope over time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on paid campaign experience.
  • Working experience with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing platform like Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) — building emails, workflows, and landing pages.
  • Basic comfort with email/nurture campaign strategy (segmentation, sequencing, timing).
  • Some hands-on exposure to paid social or paid search campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and genuine interest in using them to work more efficiently.
  • Ability to use AI to increase campaign velocity and effectiveness, including market and account research, segmentation, personalized messaging, creative variation, campaign QA, performance analysis, and repetitive campaign operations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple campaigns/requests at once.
  • Clear written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns or tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus).
  • Experience supporting webinars or events as a demand gen channel.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page or email troubleshooting.
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) alongside a marketing platform.
  • Exposure to SEO or content marketing.
  • Design tool familiarity (Canva, Figma) for lightweight asset creation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch landing pages for campaigns, events, and content offers, ensuring they are on-brand and conversion-ready.
  • Own Marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline, continuously measuring performance against monthly targets and adjusting campaigns, channels, spend, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain clear funnel visibility from target account and lead engagement through qualified opportunity and pipeline, identifying and fixing conversion breakdowns.
  • Design and run always-on and campaign-specific programs across paid social, paid search, webinars, events, and partnerships, aligned to ICP, segmentation, and pipeline targets.
  • Own the channel and campaign plan end-to-end, including prioritization, scheduling, launching programs, and iterating based on performance.
  • Run structured A/B tests and experiments on campaigns, landing pages, and messaging, documenting and sharing learnings.
  • Identify funnel friction points and test fixes.
  • Own account-based campaigns for priority target accounts, building from ICP and segmentation, and refining lists and plays based on engagement and pipeline results.
  • Build personalized landing pages, email sequences, and ad audiences for named target accounts and priority segments.
  • Coordinate with Sales on account-level engagement, flagging target-account activity and supporting account-specific asks.
  • Maintain target account lists and engagement tracking inside HubSpot or a dedicated ABM tool.
  • Report on account engagement and pipeline influence from ABM programs.
  • Build, schedule, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements).
  • Design, launch, and optimize nurture sequences that move leads through the funnel, using segmentation and intent signals.
  • Monitor email campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and make basic optimizations.
  • Own day-to-day management of the HubSpot instance, including workflows, lists, forms, and basic reporting.
  • Keep contact data and segmentation reasonably clean and organized within HubSpot.
  • Flag and help resolve internal issues/requests within HubSpot.
  • Own the campaign calendar, planning, prioritizing, and shipping with the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team.
  • Partner with the GTM AI/Automation function to automate repeatable marketing workflows.
  • Coordinate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.
  • Track campaign and channel performance, tag campaigns correctly for attribution, and report on what's working.
  • Support RevOps with campaign tagging and data hygiene.
  • Help execute community and customer advocacy programs (reviews, referrals, testimonials, user groups).
