About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our talented team on the US East Coast. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives to generate sales opportunities within the B2B enterprise market, with a specific focus on North America. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to understand the target audience's pain points and needs, developing customer-centric marketing strategies, and tracking and analyzing the performance of demand generation programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute multi-channel campaigns including webinars, email marketing, in-person events, display advertising, and sponsorship activities to generate awareness, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand target audience's pain points, needs, and motivations and develop customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Create and distribute compelling content that directly addresses target audience's pain points.
- Collaborate with technology or agency partners to develop co-marketing campaigns for mutual growth and pipeline generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation programs.
- Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth or technology-centric SaaS environment.
- Develop go-to-market strategies with a customer-focused approach.
- Organize impactful in-person and virtual events effectively.
