About the position
We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Manager/Demand Generation Lead to join our team at Superblocks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a marketing machine from scratch, focusing on SEO and SEM strategies to enhance our digital footprint. You will work closely with our CEO and Growth Engineering team to set company-wide goals and create effective programs to drive demand and conversion. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving brand awareness, driving traffic and customer acquisition, and optimizing lead conversion on our website. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of Superblocks.
Responsibilities
- Build a scalable SEO and SEM machine from 0-1 in partnership with the CEO and Growth Engineering team
- Set company-wide GTM goals and create business objectives; translate those into effective programs to drive demand and conversion
- Evaluate current tooling and advise the company on which home-grown tools to build or software to leverage for increased effectiveness
- Improve brand awareness and drive traffic, customer acquisition, and customer retention across multiple channels (self-serve, owned, and paid)
- Work with website resources to ensure inbound traffic converts into leads
- Experiment with every channel for every target market, learn from results, and build for scale
- Define how success is measured, identify relevant data for analysis, establish demand metrics, and collaborate with the Growth Engineering team to implement measurement strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in building and implementing SEO and SEM strategies
- Ability to create and implement new content creation strategies
- Knowledge of page rankings and strategies to improve digital footprint
- Strong understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) goals and ability to translate them into effective programs
- Familiarity with evaluating and advising on tooling and software to increase effectiveness
- Experience in improving brand awareness and driving traffic, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Ability to work with website resources to ensure inbound traffic converts into leads
- Proficiency in experimenting with different channels and target markets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure success through data analysis
- Collaboration with Growth Engineering team to implement demand metrics and analyze results
