About The Position

rePurpose Global is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Demand Generation & Events Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and is an opportunity to help build a marketing function from the ground up. The manager will support the full-funnel demand generation strategy, identify and test new channels, and scale existing successful channels. They will also assist in planning and supporting event marketing efforts, including webinars, trade shows, and executive dinners. The strategic thinking of this role will directly influence how major consumer brands discover and choose rePurpose Global. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in New York or on the East Coast.

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years in B2B Growth Marketing: A strong track record creating and executing full-funnel, data-driven acquisition strategy at a high-growth company, with particular strength in paid channels like Google and LinkedIn.
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: Skilled at measuring and reporting on campaign performance, using data to continually sharpen ROI and inform strategy.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, GA4, Marketo, ABM platforms (like 6sense), digital ad platforms, SEO, CRO, and analytics tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Strong Communicator: A clear, compelling writer who can craft copy across channels, collaborate effectively across teams, and present strategy and insights directly to founders and leadership.
  • The Right Mentality: Hungry, capable, and ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a persistent drive to figure out what will move the needle.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation for rePurpose, spanning email marketing, paid advertising, in-person events, and experimental channels such as channel partnerships, referral programs, and customer advocacy campaigns.
  • Independently manage complex, cross-functional marketing projects from ideation through execution with minimal oversight.
  • Segment ideal customer profiles into TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU buckets, and use the CRM to manage the lead lifecycle, refine lead scoring, and optimize conversion at every stage in partnership with Sales.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter most to growth, and run regular analysis to sharpen the performance of campaigns and strategies.
  • Identify new ways to scale the business, acquire customers, and drive retention, using competitive analysis to spot threats and opportunities early.
  • Partner closely with sales, finance, product, and design, while managing external stakeholders and knowing when to bring in outside resources to keep growth initiatives moving.
