About The Position

The Demand & Logistics Manager (DLM) role is part of Market Operations / Supply Chain Management ensuring efficient and effective planning, execution, and monitoring of our supply chain operations. In Supply Network Operations at P&G, we are uniquely positioned to see the Supply Chain from end-to-end – starting with our materials through the touch point of our brands with shoppers in the market. As a member of the Supply Network Operations team, you will work with a group of dynamic, diverse individuals delivering a variety of product, retail customer, and supply chain initiatives that support our 'Go to Market' strategy. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Supply while leading projects that challenge your analysis, problem solving, and communication skills. The DLM is a key role within our Toronto GO Supply Chain Management team, which leverages market dynamics and business plans to lead demand and availability processes within their categories. Provides the market-based inputs for the forecasting process to deliver a total Market Volume forecast with a data-driven approach. Owns total Market availability strategy and processes to serve the business on-time/in-full. Manages communication and drives business needs between category and customer teams in availability processes including service, initiatives, and non-productive inventory.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 0-3 years of full-time experience (excluding internships or co-op terms)
  • Strong critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of success.
  • You enjoy analyzing data and thinking critically to uncover insights that will help influence business decisions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in French (asset)
