Requirements

  • Over 7 years of progressive experience in lead generation or performance marketing, ideally within technology companies (robotics, engineering, or complex products).
  • Proven experience managing a pipeline or revenue target: you have been responsible for an outcome and can demonstrate the impact of your programs.
  • Experience in designing and deploying lead generation programs: you have implemented processes, defined a strategy, and achieved concrete results within growing organizations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent), including lead scoring, customer lifecycle management, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong expertise in paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and affiliate networks, with experience managing significant budgets.
  • Advanced analytical skills: dashboard creation, conversion funnel interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to operate in international markets, adapting strategy and messaging to different audiences, regions, and buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to present solutions to management and translate technical value into business impact.

  • Experience in marketing physical products, computer hardware, or robotics.
  • Proficiency in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Experience in B2B marketing in the entertainment, education, or hospitality sectors.
  • Experience in lead generation through events (trade shows, conferences, live demonstrations).

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop the lead generation strategy in Engineered Arts' international markets, defining the marketing strategy to feed a qualified pipeline and generate revenue.
  • Manage the marketing pipeline: set objectives in collaboration with sales teams and management, forecast performance, and report on revenue contribution to management.
  • Design and manage multi-channel programs (paid media, email marketing, content syndication, events, and account-based marketing - ABM) generating measurable awareness, interest, and qualified opportunities for the robotics portfolio.
  • Optimize the lead lifecycle (from acquisition to MQL to SQL transfer), working closely with sales teams to define scoring models, SLAs, and transfer processes that maximize conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance, establish reporting cadences, create dashboards, and promote a data-driven decision-making culture within the marketing function.
  • Coordinate actions with external agencies or service providers, ensuring quality execution and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap (MarTech): evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing stack tools to foster scalability and efficiency.
  • Support brand and product initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation.
