The Demand and Lifecycle Marketing Manager shapes the customer journey across all products, from first interaction through purchase, onboarding, adoption, retention, and cross-sell. The role owns paid channels, supported by a paid media freelancer, and works alongside the Content Manager, Partner Manager, and Product Marketing Manager, each of whom leads a distinct marketing domain. The role is accountable for demand generation and lifecycle programs that drive revenue. It tracks conversion from first touch through closed deals, builds funnel dashboards and attribution, nurtures leads using intent and buying signals, and develops campaigns and customer journeys in HubSpot. The manager partners closely with BDRs, sales leaders, Customer Success, content, and other teams to coordinate campaigns, handoffs, feedback, events, webinars, and email. The position uses AI and agentic tools in daily marketing work, including content production, lead scoring and routing, outbound sequencing, and reporting, while validating the accuracy of outputs. It requires strong organization, transparent communication, sound prioritization, and comfort working in a startup environment with evolving plans. The company describes an environment with clear priorities, honest feedback, practical support, and high standards.
