About The Position

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives of the Delta Sonic Team. They power-wash vehicles before they enter the car wash and clean vehicle interiors by vacuuming and wiping down interior components. Depending on location staffing needs, they may work in the car wash and/or detail shop. The role also includes general cleaning and light maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, and removing snow. Technicians are expected to meet Delta Sonic’s car-quality standards and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Upon certification, they can earn performance-based incentives and tips. The stated pay rate is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

Year-round schedule availability is required; seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available effective June 1, 2024.
