About The Position

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives of the Delta Sonic Team. They power-wash vehicles before they enter the car wash and clean vehicle interiors by vacuuming and wiping down interior components. They may work in the car wash and/or detail shop, depending on staffing needs at the location, and may be trained to perform specialty services. A key part of the role is achieving customer satisfaction by meeting Delta Sonic’s standards for car quality. The position also involves general cleaning and light maintenance. The pay range is $16.50 per hour. Year-round schedule availability is required; seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available, effective June 1, 2024.

Requirements

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, customer-focused position that requires multitasking.
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
Detail-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather and extreme temperature conditions.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Power-wash vehicles before they enter the car wash.
Clean vehicle interiors by vacuuming and wiping down interior components.
Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and clean restrooms.
Remove snow and perform light maintenance.
May receive training to perform specialty services.
Meet Delta Sonic’s car-quality standards and work toward 100% customer satisfaction.
Work in the car wash and/or detail shop depending on staffing needs.
