About The Position
Comfort Keepers is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Caregivers build relationships with clients and adapt support as their needs change. The role includes companionship, homemaking, and personal care; training is provided for personal care duties. Pay is $17.25–$20.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling is offered, with a strong preference for full-time availability. Mileage and travel time are reimbursed.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and reliable.
- Able to perform basic homemaking tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
- Full-time availability is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, emotional support, and social engagement.
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living; training is provided.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Run errands and provide transportation.
- Follow and support individualized care plans.
