About The Position

AmeriGas is hiring a safety-minded, customer-focused Delivery Representative to deliver propane to residential, commercial, industrial, and motor fuel customers. The role operates a propane delivery truck on provided routes, fills bulk tanks, and delivers propane cylinders. The representative must follow applicable federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas safety and operating policies. Work may involve 8- to 12-hour shifts depending on fluctuating business needs, and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check; if hired, subject to substance abuse testing under company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial customers.
• Perform daily duties safely while adhering to federal and state codes and regulations and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Consistently use required personal protective equipment.
