Delivery Manager

Integrate•Seattle, WA
•$120,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Integrate is hiring its first Delivery Manager to own how product reaches customers. The role sits between product and engineering, ensuring product intent is clear to engineering and engineering timelines, tradeoffs, dependencies, and blockers are clear to product and leadership. It is a servant-leadership position focused on removing impediments and keeping work from idea through release visible and moving, rather than policing process or performing project management or coding. The product is evergreen and outcomes are often known before feature details, so the Delivery Manager helps teams deliver effectively amid ambiguity. The Delivery Manager will establish and improve delivery practices across product teams, own the release calendar, protect customer and partner commitments, manage cross-team dependencies, and build delivery metrics and reporting. The role also tracks software readiness across deployment environments, including classified and accredited networks, partnering with security and compliance on release blockers. The person will help teams connect delivery to customer outcomes and go-to-market goals while keeping meetings purposeful and applying Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid practices pragmatically. Integrate is a Seattle-based company building a real-time, cross-boundary project management platform for complex programs in government and commercial environments. The company describes itself as a fast-moving, low-ego team building software across environments ranging from unclassified work to Top Secret networks. Access to export-controlled information is required, so US person status is a qualification for the role.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in delivery management, scrum mastering, agile delivery leadership, technical program management, or a similar role on software product teams.
  • Hands-on experience with iterative delivery in a product operating model and understanding of how product managers, product designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and product marketers work together, in contrast to waterfall project delivery.
  • Ability to build and interpret delivery metrics and turn data into a story that prompts action.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to work with engineers on dependencies, environments, and release mechanics, without being an engineer.
  • Proven ability to work across functions and leadership levels, including difficult conversations about scope, timing, and tradeoffs.
  • US person status, as defined in the posting, to access information protected under US export control laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Silicon Valley Product Group thinking, including Inspired, Empowered, and Transformed.
  • CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications; the company values practical application more than certification itself.
  • Experience in defense technology, government software, regulated environments, or B2B SaaS, particularly exposure to ATO or accreditation pipelines.
  • Startup or early-stage experience, a track record of building processes where none existed, or an unconventional professional background such as sales operations, business analysis, or product ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Find and remove obstacles slowing delivery across product teams, investigate blockers with engineers, and escalate when needed.
  • Own the release calendar, including what is shipping, what fits into upcoming releases, and release readiness criteria.
  • Track and protect firm customer and partner commitments, keeping them visible alongside iterative work.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and flag potential conflicts early.
  • Translate product intent into shared understanding for engineering, and communicate engineering timelines, dependencies, and sequencing clearly to product and leadership.
  • Build delivery metrics, including flow and cycle time, time-to-customer, defect trends, and mean time to detect and resolve issues; use them to communicate progress and areas for improvement.
  • Track software status across deployment environments, including classified and accredited networks, and work with security and compliance to address release blockers.
  • Keep meetings and ceremonies minimal, efficient, and useful; choose practices that suit the team and situation.
  • Help teams connect their work to customer outcomes and go-to-market goals.
