About The Position

The Delivery Lead, Localization & Scale Management plays a critical operational leadership role within YPrime’s eCOA Delivery organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of localization activities across multiple clinical studies, ensuring work is efficiently allocated, prioritized, and delivered on time. This role partners closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines, sequencing, and delivery priorities. The Delivery Lead also maintains a hands-on workload to stay closely connected to translation workflows and delivery challenges.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in localization, translation operations, or a comparable multi-project delivery environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple contributors or teams, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, parallel workflows with competing priorities and tight timelines
  • Experience in resource planning, workload balancing, or capacity management within a shared delivery model
  • Experience owning or supporting operational reporting, including status tracking, risk identification, and escalation management
  • Demonstrated success triaging and resolving delivery issues in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Experience working within a matrixed or cross-functional organization, coordinating across roles without direct reporting relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a senior individual contributor, team lead, or project/program coordination role preferred
  • Hands-on experience with the end-to-end eCOA localization lifecycle (e.g., vendor coordination, submission planning, review cycles, delivery) a plus
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the allocation and balancing of work across Translation Coordinators to ensure optimal utilization and on-time delivery
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of study-level localization activities across multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintain a clear, end-to-end view of all active localization work, priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Serve as the primary operational coordinator for the team, proactively identifying risks and managing dependencies
  • Triage, manage, and resolve operational escalations, escalating only strategic or systemic issues to senior leadership
  • Partner closely with Program Managers within Localization & Scale Management to align on submission timing, execution sequencing, and delivery priorities
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to Translation Coordinators related to priorities, timelines, and execution expectations
  • Identify delivery or performance challenges within the team and contribute input toward performance management and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support ongoing process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives across the delivery function
  • Maintain a limited individual study workload as a Translation Coordinator (approximately 25%) to retain hands-on expertise and operational credibility
