• Communicate with customers about delivery status, timelines, and potential issues or delays.
• Troubleshoot delivery-related problems and implement solutions to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including documentation, tracking information, and customer confirmations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to support seamless delivery operations.
• Use delivery management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor fleet performance and driver activities.
