About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement to management and franchise ownership. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Delivery Experts also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.
Ability to carry deliveries while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery locations that may include adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock product deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases of ingredients and supplies.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
