About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders within a designated delivery area. The role combines driving and customer delivery with general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement into management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to carry deliveries while walking and climbing, potentially including five or more flights of stairs.
• Ability to work around varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near-, mid-range, depth, far, and night vision; and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other sites with potentially difficult terrain or stairs.
