About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff stores in the area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Delivery Experts deliver products by car to customers’ doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The work involves customer and coworker communication, order entry, driving and navigating the designated delivery area, and working in varied store and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing.
Ability to carry deliveries while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperature changes, cramped spaces, and around food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near, mid-range, far, and night vision; depth perception; and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use a map and navigational skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Unload and move product deliveries, stock shelves, and carry items as needed.
Work with team members and independently while meeting quality standards and handling customer interactions.
