About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area. Drivers may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

The position offers a flexible schedule based on employee availability and store needs. The posting states that all positions are part-time unless otherwise stated, with the possibility of working into full-time hours if the store can accommodate them and the employee completes training, is reliable for shifts, and communicates their full-time needs to a manager. Driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage, listed as $16.80. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to meet the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
