About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a team-oriented Delivery Driver. Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time, while also supporting restaurant operations and providing excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, and preparing pizza. The role offers a wage of $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, plus eligibility for tips and mileage reimbursement. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have at least two years of driving history.
Be able to legally operate a motor vehicle in Washington and have a valid driver’s license and legal insurance.
Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
Communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
Be able to multitask, manage time, and make change for customer orders.
Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Be punctual, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers and making suggestions.

Responsibilities

Use your own vehicle to deliver customer orders.
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
Answer phones and take orders.
Wash dishes and help with restaurant tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
