About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking team-oriented Customer Service Representatives with personality, people skills, and hustle. Representatives greet customers, answer phones, take orders, and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service. The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Multitask and manage time effectively.
• Add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be friendly, helpful, comfortable talking to strangers, punctual, dependable, positive, and willing to make suggestions and help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
