About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products and provides customer service in person and over the phone. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting products and specials, and upholding Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards. Delivery Experts receive cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing orders for delivery or carryout. They check orders for accuracy and quality, respond promptly to store phones and carryout customers, and contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere. Drivers must follow applicable vehicle and driving laws and Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. rules, and ensure their delivery vehicle is mechanically sound, registered, and insured.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Collect cash and credit card payments.
• Promote pizza products and specials.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Respond promptly to store phone calls and assist carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
• Speak and write clearly and accurately, and use a computer-based order entry system.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
• Follow all rules and regulations of Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
