About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products and provides customer service in person and over the phone. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting products and specials, and checking orders for accuracy against quality standards. Delivery Experts must follow applicable vehicle and driving laws and company rules, and ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically sound, properly registered, and insured. The position also includes cross-training in food preparation, opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and packaging orders for delivery or carryout.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
Speak and write clearly and accurately.
Use a computer-based order entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow all applicable state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
Follow Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. rules and regulations.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured at all times.
