About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Chapel Hill, North Carolina location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh pizza and provide a positive customer experience while also supporting in-store operations. Compensation includes hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement; drivers average $12–$17 per hour in total compensation, with an annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$35,000. Tips can be taken home at the end of each shift. The role offers flexible scheduling and, for eligible employees, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, not including a learner’s permit.
• Clean driving record with no more than three violations in two years.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Reliability, teamwork, and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and quickly deliver customer orders in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, positive customer service.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not delivering.
