About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare orders accurately, and deliver orders within the designated delivery area. The role supports store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and food safety, organizing inventory, and contributing to a positive team environment. This is a variable-hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Duties may change at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or the ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
