About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting and motivating employees, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring each customer receives a quality experience. The Assistant Manager helps maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store and follows Domino’s pizza-making, food safety, sanitation, appearance, and service standards. Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.

• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
