About The Position

The Customer Service Rep upholds Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance; handles customer payments; promotes products and specials; and provides quality service to customers over the phone and in person. The role includes cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing orders for delivery or carryout. The representative checks products against quality standards and contributes to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Demonstrate comprehension of a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Collect cash and credit card payments.
• Promote pizza products and specials.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Respond with a sense of urgency when answering store phones or assisting carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
