About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and a positive attitude. Team members help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy periods and may work part-time or full-time. The role can be a primary job or a supplemental job, with opportunities to grow into management and other roles within the company.

The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces such as walk-in coolers, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas.

Most tasks are performed standing, with short-distance walking and occasional desk work for paperwork. The job involves handling deliveries and supplies, reaching, bending, crouching, and using hands continuously. Team members may need to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, carry supplies, move trays, and occasionally climb stairs or a ladder.

Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
• Ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use work tools and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with customers, including answering phones.
• Help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy periods.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies on shelves.
• Carry ingredients and supplies between workstations and storage areas.
• Move trays using dollies and pull trays when needed.
• Change prices on signs and perform tasks such as washing walls or maintenance when needed.
• Clean work areas and stock shelves and ingredients.
• Use pizza-making tools, including shaping dough and handling pizzas from the oven.
