About The Position

Domino's is hiring a delivery driver to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression into management or franchise ownership. Drivers may also perform general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigational skills.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to shelves or storage areas.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
