About The Position

Rogue Pizza LLC, a locally owned and operated independent Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver products within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers flexible hours and on-the-job orientation and training. Team members may have opportunities to advance from delivery to management or franchise ownership. In addition to making deliveries by car and bringing orders to customers’ doors, the position involves delivering flyers and door hangers and carrying out store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The work involves physical activity, driving, customer and coworker communication, and exposure to varied store temperatures, food-related conditions, hot equipment, and changing weather.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must pass motor vehicle record qualifications and a criminal background check.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
Ability to make correct monetary change and take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Must be able to lift and handle cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and bring them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock cases on shelves.
