About The Position

Rogue Pizza LLC, a locally owned and operated independent Domino’s franchise, is hiring delivery drivers for its Kansas City, Kansas area stores. Delivery Experts deliver orders by car to customers and may distribute flyers and door hangers. They also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have two years of continuous driving history.
• Must pass motor vehicle record qualifications and a criminal background check.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have the motor coordination to make rapid, precise movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the described physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Must be able to drive and deliver in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area, including carrying orders to the customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including taking and processing orders in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery routes, addresses, buildings, and terrain, including stairs and multi-story buildings.
