About The Position

As a Delivery Driver with Room & Board, you create extraordinary experiences for customers and act as an ambassador for the company’s products and reputation. You will work as part of a three-person delivery team, alternating between driving a truck, serving as the delivery partner, and preparing products in the delivery center. Deliveries bring American-made home furnishings to customers across the Denver area. Every few weeks, you will work in the delivery center preparing products for delivery, staging merchandise, performing basic assembly, and inspecting quality to ensure products meet company standards. The position is based at 6951 South Blackhawk Street, Unit 900, Centennial, Colorado. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with paid overtime.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to drive a 24-foot box truck; training is provided.
• Be able to lift and carry heavy items with assistance from a team member and/or proper lifting equipment.
• Have proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Pass pre-employment requirements, including a five-panel drug screen that excludes THC.
• Provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
• Bring physical strength, agility, and stamina for an active role.
• Prior customer-facing delivery or customer service experience is highly valued and preferred.
