About The Position
Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Mountain Island location in Charlotte, North Carolina. Drivers deliver hot, fresh orders to customers and provide a friendly customer experience. The role also includes answering phones and taking orders, processing payments, helping maintain store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not on delivery. Drivers average $15–$20 per hour in total compensation, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with stated annual compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Tips can be taken home at the end of each shift. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement are available.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding permit time.
- Clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
- Good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
- Reliability and ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver customer orders in the local area.
- Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly, positive customer service.
- Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
- Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
