About The Position
Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Mountain Island location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh orders and provide a positive customer experience while also supporting in-store operations. Total compensation is advertised at an average of $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers may take home tips at the end of each shift. Flexible scheduling is available. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding time holding a permit.
- Clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
- Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
- Ability to work with hustle and energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Reliable team player who can uphold the company’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
- Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly, positive customer service.
- Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
- Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
