About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders safely and provide friendly, professional service. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, and assisting team members. Drivers earn $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. Drivers may earn cash daily and may have opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager or General Manager based on performance, training, and available positions. Training is provided; delivery experience is not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Must meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
Punctuality, a positive attitude, and ability to work as a team player.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A friendly personality and comfort talking to strangers.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders promptly and safely, following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Verify orders before leaving the store.
Provide friendly, professional service to customers at each delivery.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Greet customers and take orders.
Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Assist with store duties, including food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards.
Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
