About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Drivers earn $15.92 per hour while working inside the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage. They are the face of Domino’s Pizza, delivering products directly to customers while also supporting store operations. No delivery experience is required; training is provided.

The role combines driving with in-store work, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, and assisting teammates. Drivers are expected to follow traffic laws, food safety standards, company procedures, and grooming standards, and to maintain a professional appearance. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license held for at least two years.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Meet company driver eligibility requirements and insurance standards following a motor vehicle record review.
• Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Be punctual, have a positive attitude, and work well as part of a team.
• Be comfortable talking to strangers and have a friendly personality.
• Be able to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Follow safety and responsible driving practices.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely, following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Assist with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards.
• Support store operations and assist team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
