About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, and assisting team members. Drivers earn $15.92 per hour while in the store, $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. Training is provided, and delivery experience is not required. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Must meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles are subject to a motor vehicle record review that meets the company’s insurance standards.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Friendly personality and comfort speaking with strangers.
Strong team-player skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders promptly and safely, following traffic laws and responsible driving practices.
Verify orders before leaving the store.
Provide friendly, professional service to customers at each delivery.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Greet customers and take orders.
Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s guidelines.
Assist with store operations, including cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
