About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Savoy, Illinois location at 507 Commerce Drive. The driver delivers products to customers on assigned routes, represents the company in customer interactions, and helps provide a positive brand experience. The role involves working in a flexible, fast-paced environment and requires safe driving, accurate delivery documentation and payment handling, vehicle upkeep, and communication with dispatch. Drivers may work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations, with valid proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Professional attitude and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• A great attitude, reliability, and an easy smile.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Savoy area.
• Use GPS and route optimization techniques to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Maintain a professional and friendly manner during customer interactions.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Accurately document delivery information, customer signatures, and special instructions.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Accurately handle cash and payment transactions when required.
