About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Festus location. The driver delivers products to customers in Festus and surrounding areas, manages and optimizes delivery routes, provides professional customer service, and handles deliveries with care. The position requires a reliable, insured vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories within Festus and surrounding areas.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers professionally, and handle inquiries courteously and empathetically.
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Handle packages and products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Use GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses and optimize routes.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status and challenges.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
