About The Position

Delivery Drivers deliver orders from the store to customers safely and efficiently, representing the company professionally and helping support customer satisfaction and profitability. The role also includes washing dishes, folding boxes, preparing food for the day, and sweeping and mopping floors. During available downtime, drivers answer phone calls, take orders, handle money, ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes, and assist walk-in and drive-thru customers. A background check and driving motor vehicle record (MVR) are required for eligibility; contact the store for eligibility standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least two years.
• Must provide vehicle registration and auto insurance that includes delivery coverage.
• Basic math skills for making change.
• Basic navigation skills.
• Must work well with other team members and management.
• A background check and driving motor vehicle record (MVR) are required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from the store to customers’ doors safely and efficiently.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and delivering their orders.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the vehicle.
• Collect payments and handle money.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
• Wash dishes, fold boxes, prepare food for the day, and sweep and mop floors.
• During free time, answer phone calls, take orders, ensure order labels are placed on the correct boxes, and help walk-in and drive-thru customers.
