About The Position
Join Domino's Pizza in Lakewood as a Delivery Driver at the 2585 S. Lewis Way location. Deliver orders safely and promptly to customers' homes and businesses while providing excellent customer service and representing the Domino's brand professionally. During non-delivery periods, assist with in-store tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and customer service. The role involves driving within a designated delivery area, handling transactions and delivery records, and working with team members to support smooth operations during busy periods. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and must navigate varied delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a safe, clean driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use.
- Strong navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Proficiency using digital devices for order processing and navigation.
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, cooperative team attitude and willingness to assist with in-store duties.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries effectively.
- Ability to walk between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; climb stairs, potentially five or more flights.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, reaching, and hand-intensive tasks described for in-store work.
Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy periods.
- Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
