About The Position

At Domino’s, Delivery Drivers are customer service experts and essential members of the team. The role involves preparing and delivering orders, bringing products to customers’ doors, and promoting the business by distributing flyers or door hangers. Drivers travel between the store and customer locations within a designated area and may need to navigate private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs while carrying products.

The position includes frequent food-preparation and customer-service tasks at the store, such as assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, cleaning, handling phones, and using kitchen tools. Drivers work in varying and adverse weather conditions and need adequate far and night vision for safe driving and deliveries. Physical tasks include bending, occasional crouching or squatting, frequent reaching, continuous hand use, carrying products, walking, and climbing stairs—sometimes up to five flights.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Access to a dependable, insured vehicle; insurance must be in the applicant’s name or cover them through someone else.
• Good motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses.
• Ability to navigate multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Good far vision and night vision for safe driving and deliveries.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including carrying products, walking, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders by car to customers’ doors.
• Distribute flyers or door hangers to promote the business.
• Navigate to delivery addresses and travel between the store and customer locations.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing stairs, including stairs in multi-story buildings.
• Perform store tasks such as pizza assembly, stocking ingredients, cleaning, handling phones, and assisting customers.
• Operate a vehicle safely while delivering within a designated area.
