About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking a team-oriented Delivery Driver with personality, people skills, and hustle. Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time, while also helping with customer service and store operations. The role includes greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, and preparing pizza. Drivers operate their own vehicle and are expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain Domino’s standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with at least two years of driving history.
• Able to legally operate a motor vehicle in Washington and have a valid license and legal insurance.
• Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to multitask and manage time.
• Able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and ability to work as a team player.
• Comfortable speaking with strangers, making suggestions, and helping where needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own vehicle to deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Answer phones, take orders, wash dishes, and assist with pizza preparation as needed.
